This quick and easy Asparagus Strawberry Salad brings the freshness of spring to your plate.
Remove the woody ends from the asparagus and cut it diagonally into pieces.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Wash the arugula and crumble the feta.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the asparagus for about 6 minutes until it's still crisp. If you prefer it softer, cook it a bit longer.
